At Vixen Velour, we strive to ensure that your packages are delivered promptly and accurately. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly with all the necessary details. Please provide accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
We offer shipping to PO Boxes through USPS, but please note that expedited shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses. We reserve the right to choose alternative carriers for shipping purposes.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders require processing time, which is separate from the shipping time. Processing time varies depending on various factors. Standard domestic and international orders usually take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process. However, we strive to process and ship orders within 1 business day based on order volume. Please note that this is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
Priority Shipping: 3-5 Business Days | Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days
Please be aware that the shipping timeline for orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the shipping method chosen and the final destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
For US domestic orders, we primarily use USPS or UPS. International orders may be shipped through alternative carriers selected at our discretion to meet shipping requirements. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event that you refuse any shipments from Vixen Velour, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be deducted from any credit issued.
We offer shipping to PO Boxes via USPS.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the unavailable item(s).
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
To ensure the utmost protection for our valued customers, Vixen Velour reserves the right to require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address if we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Furthermore, Vixen Velour reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
** In-Transit Time: The time it takes for your order to reach you after it has been shipped. This does not include the standard processing time of up to 3 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
*** Free Shipping Promotion: Orders must meet or exceed the specified amount after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the free shipping promotion.
