  • All sales of our luxury hair extensions are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for hair extensions.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team at info@vixensgalore.com within 3 days of delivery. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Vixen Velour E-Gift Card, with limited exceptions. Please note that we do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

  • Helpful Hint: Vixen Velour is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. We highly recommend keeping your proof of postage and using a trackable shipping method when returning items to us. In the rare case of a lost or stolen return package, we cannot issue store credit without proof of receipt and delivery.
